Spotlight: Shiner Bock

This is the first post in a series where I will highlight something that I am really enjoying at the time.  If I feel it’s worth noting immediately, I’ll throw it in spotlight.  This first post is an easy one.  Shiner Bock is brewed right here in the Lone Star State and is almost synonymous with Texas.  It’s a darker brew, offering a rich, mellow flavor that is perfect for sipping.  Though it is native here, it is also shipped out to 41 states!  That means that as I post this, you could be on your way to grab some now.
