I saw the sign

28 Jun

We know you’re an excellent driver, Rain Man, but we all make some mistakes on the road.  There are so many road signs on today’s roads that it’s hard to recall what they all mean.  If you’re like me and save the important space in your brain for more important things, like the perfect tuna salad recipe, then you might need a refresher course.  Here is my contribution to you. How Power Rangers ruined my life

26 Jun

We all grew up with our favorite TV shows.  Mine happened to be Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers.  Those crazy kids in the colorful jumpsuits kept me occupied after school all the time.  There are certain things that the show taught me.  All of those things were bad. Continue reading

Ordering “secret” fast food menu items

25 Jun

Have you ever heard of a sandwich called the McGangbang?  Have you ever ordered the Cap’n Crunch Berry Frappuccino from Starbucks?  Chances are you haven’t.  That’s because some of these well-known fast food staples offer up menu items that aren’t displayed publicly like, say, a Big Mac.  Check out this awesome article from the Cavalcade of Awesome.

My SocialVibe widget

When I started constructing my blog on here, I saw an option to add a charity to your page.  On the right side of this site is a way to help out Autism Speaks, a very noble cause.  It is free to help out, so go ahead and click away.  I’d really appreciate it.

The movie that took “infinity and beyond” to be released.

24 Jun

I don’t think there was a single person who didn’t like Toy Story (unless they had no childhood or soul).  The sequel was just as good and then… nothing.  For eleven years, we waited for a movie that might not ever happen.  The series was made for everyone.  If you pretended to ride around the Wild West or dreamed of battling an evil space villain, this movie was for you.  So when I heard a third movie was being developed, I sat and waited patiently.
